2. I work for an environmental company - can I register for this site?
Who's Who has been established for voluntary and statutory organisations in Wales who are working for the benefit for the environment in Wales. If your organisation meets these criteria you can apply to publish your profile here.
3. Am I able to link though to this website?
Yes. The Environment Compact encourages all organisations to link to this site.
4. The search engine or map isn’t working - who do I contact?
Please report any errors found to here.
5. How long will it take for my application to be published?
Your initial application will be automatically submitted to a Who's Who editor prior to publishing. We aim to publish your profile within 3-5 working days.
6. Can I update the information - our details have changed?
Yes. Once your profile is published you can use your username and password to update your details at any time. You are encouraged to keep your information up to date for your benefit and for the benefit of others.
7. How current is the information on the site?
The information has all been verified during summer 2005. Since then organisations with an online profile have been able to keep their own information current.
An annual reminder will be sent to ask each organisation to update their information.
8. Where did the information come from?
The majority of the original data came from the Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) database. Their support at the outset of this project is acknowledged. During summer 2005 there has been an update and 'opt in' exercise run for all of the organisations meeting the Who’s Who eligibility criteria.
